- Since all our products are customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective, or an error was made on our part.

2. Manufacturing & Shipping Timeline
- The manufacturing process for customized products takes 0-15 days, depending on the complexity and volume of the order.
- Once the product is manufactured, it will be shipped within 5-9 days of the order receipt.
- Shipping timelines may vary based on the destination and courier service used. We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, logistical issues, or courier service delays.

3. Shipping Charges & Delivery
- Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the total order value, destination, and shipping method selected.
- We offer both standard and expedited shipping options, subject to availability.
- Once the order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor the shipment status.
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping details.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with your order details and tracking number.
- If an item arrives damaged, we require photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery to process a replacement or refund.
