✔ Orders below ₹499 – Shipping fee of ₹70
✔ Orders above ₹499 – Free shipping

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the order value and delivery location.

Manufacturing & Delivery Timelines

  • Manufacturing Time: 0-4 days (depending on complexity).
  • Dispatch Time: 5-7 days after manufacturing is completed.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 8-12 days from the order date.

Since each item is individually crafted, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. External factors like regulatory guidelines, logistics, and courier processing may affect timelines.

Tracking & Notifications

  • Customers will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.
  • Real-time tracking allows you to monitor your shipment’s progress until delivery.

✔ Incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays or undelivered orders.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If an order is lost or damaged during transit, customers should contact KraftedKey with order details and the tracking number.
  • For damaged items, photographic or video proof must be provided within 72 hours of delivery to process a replacement or refund.

International Shipping

Manufacturing & Shipping Timeline

  • Manufacturing Time: 0-4 days (depending on complexity).
  • Dispatch Time: 5-7 days after manufacturing is completed.
  • Delivery Time: International shipping typically takes 12-20 days, depending on the destination, courier service, and customs clearance.

We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date due to varying international regulations and processing times.

Tracking & Notifications

  • Customers will receive a tracking number via email/SMS upon dispatch.
  • Tracking updates may vary based on the carrier handling the shipment.

Shipping Charges & Customs Duties

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not covered by KraftedKey and must be paid by the recipient.

Lost/Damaged or Delayed Shipments

  • Since all products are custom-made, returns and exchanges are not permitted unless the product is defective, or an error occurred on our part.

  • Dispatch Time: 5-9 days after manufacturing is completed.
  • Delivery Times:
    Domestic Orders: 8-12 days
    International Orders: 12-20 days (subject to customs regulations)
