2) Exclusions and What Is Not Covered
This money-back guarantee does not cover the following situations:

5) Refund and Compensation Details
Upon verification of a valid claim under the 30-day guarantee:
- Refunds will not be processed as direct cash payments.
- Instead, customers will receive either:
- Store credit equivalent to the original purchase price, or

- The decision to issue store credit or discount vouchers lies solely with KraftedKey and will be communicated to the customer.
