KraftedKey Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

1. Geographic Eligibility

  • COD payments are available only for orders delivered within India.
  • COD service is not available in Jammu & Kashmir.

2. Order Value & Product Eligibility

  • COD option is available for orders between INR 0.00 and INR 1,999.
  1. For orders INR 0.00 to INR 499: A ₹70 COD Processing Fee and ₹70 Shipping Fee apply.
  2. For orders INR 500 to INR 1,999: A ₹70 COD Processing Fee applies.
  3. Orders above INR 1,999 are not eligible for COD and must use prepaid payment methods.
  • COD is not available for FORO products or any product in the FORO collection.

3. Discount and COD Availability

  • The Cash on Delivery option will be automatically hidden or disabled if the discount amount on the order exceeds ₹200. This measure helps manage the risks related to high-discount COD orders.

4. Service Availability

  • KraftedKey reserves the right to discontinue or restrict COD service without prior notice, especially during high demand or order volume periods.
  • COD eligibility may be limited to selected customers based on account behavior and order history.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Credits

  • COD orders qualify for our 30-Day Money-Back Policy on eligible jewelry.
  • For returned COD orders:
  1. Only the product value is refunded.
  2. COD processing fees and shipping fees are non-refundable.
  3. Refunds will be issued in the form of a discount voucher or store credit; no cash refunds will be provided.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable under any return or refund conditions.

6. General Terms

  • KraftedKey reserves the right to determine COD eligibility per customer, order, and region at its sole discretion.
  • Abuse or multiple refusals of COD orders may lead to loss of COD privileges.

Note: This COD policy is designed to safeguard KraftedKey against operational risks and to provide a fair, secure, and transparent experience for customers. All key points are communicated at checkout and on our product pages for clarity.

 

Important:
If a customer places a Cash on Delivery (COD) order and subsequently cancels the order or refuses to accept the delivery, the customer will be liable to pay a cancellation charge for orders up to ₹499. Additionally, the customer will be disqualified from using the COD payment option for all future orders with KraftedKey. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure smooth operations and to prevent abuse of the COD facility.
