At KraftedKey, we proudly craft premium personalized jewelry with a commitment to quality and precision. While every piece undergoes strict checks before shipping, if your order does not meet expectations due to damage, defect, or incorrect customization, we are here to help.


Refund & Replacement Eligibility

You may request a replacement or refund if the delivered product is:

  • Damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • Incorrectly customized (wrong name, alphabet, date, design, or engraving).
  • Covered under KraftedKey’s Money-Back Policy.

Conditions for eligibility:

  • Requests must be made within 3 calendar days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, with tags intact and in original packaging.
  • Video recording of the unboxing process is mandatory as proof of issue.

How to Request

  • Inspect & Record
    Record an unboxing video while opening the package to verify product condition.
  • Submit Request
    Email return@kraftedkey.com with subject “Refund/Replacement Request”.
    Include order number, video proof, and description of the issue.
  • Review & Approval
    Our support team will review your claim and confirm whether a replacement or refund applies.

Refund & Replacement Guidelines

  • Replacement First Policy
    If your product is damaged, defective, or eligible under the policy, a replacement will be issued first (subject to availability).
  • Refund Cases
    If a replacement is unavailable, KraftedKey may issue a refund of the product value.
  1. Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  2. COD Orders: No cash refunds will be issued. Instead, customers will receive one of the following options equal to the product value:
    ✅ Store Credit
    ✅ Gift Card
    ✅ Discount Voucher
  3. Non-Refundable Charges: COD handling charges and shipping/courier fees are non-refundable.
  • Timelines
    Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days of approval.
    Depending on your bank or payment gateway, it may take up to 15 business days to reflect in your account (for prepaid refunds).

Important Notes

  • Refund/replacement requests are only accepted within 3 days of delivery.
  • Video proof during package unboxing is compulsory.
  • Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
  • Returns will be picked up only from the original delivery address.
  • KraftedKey reserves all rights to make the final decision on refunds or replacements.
